Jim Gettys is the founder and president of International Staffing Consultants, Inc. He established the company in 1979 after a successful career with some of the world’s largest international firms. His previous experience includes HR management and consulting roles for Xerox, Coca Cola, Bechtel, Parsons, and many other Fortune 500 companies. Jim has managed recruiting programs involving more than 20,000 people for jobs worldwide and continues to direct the firm today
