Jim founded our company in 1979 following a successful career with some of the world’s largest international firms. His previous experience encompassed HR management and consulting roles for Xerox, Coca Cola, Bechtel, Parsons and many other Fortune 500 firms. He has managed recruiting programs involving more than 20,000 people for jobs throughout the world and he continues to direct the firm today.
